Organisational Information

Organisation Name

Name of your organisation (if applicable)

Domain name details

Domain name

Domains names cannot be longer than 23 letters long and may not contain punctuation apart from hyphens e.g. ecofriendly.org.uk or eco-friendly.org.uk are examples of acceptable domain names. GreenNet will act as the technical and billing contacts for the domain while the domain is hosted with us.

Are you transferring an existing domain name to us from another host? If so select "Yes" and please fill in the following details.

Domain transfer authorisation code

If you are transferring an existing domain name to us, this will be issued by your current provider. (Not used for .uk domain names.)

Enter the domain name you would like to register or transfer — e.g. "organicfishing.org". You can check if your chosen name is available using our Whois checker service. Please choose from domains ending in .org.uk, .co.uk, .net, .com or .org

Username

Your preferred email username; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores. This username will be used as your main mailbox name, which you will use to login to receive your emails. You can have many additional email addresses set up to forward to this mailbox as required.

Virtual email addresses

If you would like us to set up "domain style email addresses" e.g. aperson@ecofriendly.org.uk you can list them here. If you are unsure of your requirements at this stage or would like to talk it through with our team leave this blank for now. If you do know the addresses please specify your domain style e-mail addresses followed by the real addresses / GreenNet mailboxes you want the mail forwarded to. The domain style addresses may contain punctuation and may be longer than 8 letters. The mail can be forwarded either to the GreenNet e-mail account / mail box that we will be setting up or to any other e-mail addresses you already use.
